How to Fix Incorrect Email Addresses for Interviewers

If an interviewer's email address is showing incorrectly in Candidate.fyi, you'll need to update it in your Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Candidate.fyi syncs interviewer information directly from your ATS, including email addresses.
Steps to Update an Email Address
Access your ATS (Greenhouse, iCIMS, UKG, etc.)
Locate the interviewer's profile
Set their correct work email as the primary email address
Remove any incorrect email addresses
Wait approximately 30 minutes for the sync to complete
Important Notes
You must have admin access in your ATS to make these changes
Keep only the correct work email address in the profile to avoid sync issues
After syncing, the interviewer will need to use their updated email address to log into Candidate.fyi
If an interviewer's email changes (for example, from contractor to full-time employee), make sure to update their email promptly to avoid scheduling conflicts or double bookings.
