Set Up an Email Signature with Candidate.fyi

Summary
This guide shows you how to create and apply a personalized email signature in Candidate.fyi. You’ll add your signature to your profile, then insert it into email templates using a signature token.

Before you start (UI path)

  • Go to: Profile → Signature field

Steps

  1. In Candidate.fyi, click your Profile icon in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Scroll down to find the Signature field.

  3. Enter your desired signature details (e.g., name, title, contact info).

  4. Click Save to update your profile.

  5. Navigate to Templates & Libraries → Email Templates.

  6. Open an existing template or click New Template to create one.

  7. In the email body, insert the Scheduler Signature token where you want your signature to appear.

  8. Save the template.

Notes & limitations

  • Currently, only the "scheduler" is enabled for having an email signature
