Schedule Now from the Extension

Summary
You can now schedule interviews directly inside the chrome extension using the Schedule Now button. This update lets you select rounds, view interviewer availability, and confirm interview times—all within a few clicks.

Prerequisites

• You must have scheduling permissions in your chrome extension.

• Interviewer calendars must be connected and synced.

• Candidate must be in a stage with at least one interview round configured.

Steps

1. Click Schedule Now in the Chrome extension sidebar.

2. If prompted, search for and select the Interview Round you want to schedule.

3. Review the round details (e.g., interview type, assigned interviewers).

4. Select a time slot where all required interviewers are available.

5. (Optional) Click Change Interviewers if you need to swap or adjust the panel.

6. Click Confirm and Schedule to finalize the interview.

Variations

• If a default round is already configured for the candidate’s stage, you’ll skip the round selection step.

• For panel interviews, each segment appears stacked—select times for each interview block individually.
