The Scheduling section of candidate.fyi is where recruiting coordinators track and work interview scheduling requests. Under Scheduling in the left sidebar, four views help you focus on different parts of your workload:

  • My Requests

  • All Active

  • Unassigned

  • Archived

Each view shows a table of scheduling requests. Click any row to open the full request. You can also search, filter, and take quick actions directly from the list.

My Requests

Use My Requests when you want to see requests tied to you personally. This page (titled My Interview Requests) shows active requests where you are either the person who created the request or the assigned scheduler.

Archived and canceled requests do not appear here. By default, the list shows In Progress requests. Use the Request Status dropdown at the top to switch to Recently Created or All Requests.

All Active

All Active (page title: Interview Requests) shows every active scheduling request across your organization — not just the ones assigned to you. This is the best place to get a team-wide picture of what is still in flight.

Like My Requests, this view hides archived and canceled requests by default. It includes the same Request Status quick filter (In Progress, Recently Created, or All Requests).

The main difference from My Requests is that All Active includes an Owner filter in Advanced Filters, so you can narrow the list to specific schedulers.

Unassigned

Unassigned (page title: Unassigned Interview Requests) shows active requests that do not yet have a scheduler assigned. These are requests waiting for someone on your team to pick them up.

When a request has no scheduler, the Scheduler column shows a dash. If you have Editor access or above, an assign button appears in the row so you can assign the request to yourself or another scheduler.

Requests routed through a queue may show a small inbox icon next to the scheduler column with the queue name in a tooltip.

This view does not include a Request Status dropdown. It always shows active, unassigned requests.

Archived

Archived (page title: Archived Interview Requests) is where completed or closed-out requests go after they are archived. These requests are no longer part of your active workload.

By default, canceled requests are hidden. Check Include Canceled at the top of the page to also see canceled requests.

The archived table is slightly different from the active views: it shows Priority, Progress & Interviews, Recruiters, Scheduler, and Created — but not the Ownership & Status or Recent Interview columns.

To archive a request from an active view, open the row's action menu (three dots) and choose Archive request. You can also archive from inside the request. To bring a request back, open it from the Archived list and use the unarchive option on the request page.

What you see in each table

On the active views (My Requests, All Active, and Unassigned), each row includes:

  • Details — candidate name, interview plan, and job

  • Ownership & Status — where the request stands and who needs to act next (for example, Awaiting Scheduling (On You) or Confirmed (No Action))

  • Progress & Interviews — how far scheduling has progressed

  • Recent Interview — when the most recent or upcoming interview is (or was)

  • Recruiters — recruiters linked to the job

  • Scheduler — who is assigned to schedule the request

Click a column header to sort where sorting is available.

Search and filters

Every view includes a Search box to find requests by candidate name, job, or other details.

Click the filter button to open Advanced Filters. Available filters vary by view, but commonly include:

  • Priority

  • Ownership Status

  • Interview Plan

  • Queue

  • Department

  • Recruiter

  • Job

On My Requests and All Active, you can also check Requires Action to show only requests where at least one interview still needs attention.

When filters are active, a badge on the filter button shows how many are applied. Use the filter chips below the search bar to remove individual filters, or clear them all at once.

Quick actions on each row

From any active request row, you can:

  • Schedule Request (calendar icon) — open the scheduling view for an assigned request

  • Assign — assign an unassigned request to a scheduler (Editor role or above)

  • ATS Link — open the candidate's profile in your applicant tracking system

  • Copy Request Link — copy the candidate-facing portal link

  • Archive request or Cancel request — from the three-dot menu (Editor role or above)

If you do not see assign, archive, or cancel options, your user role may be view-only. Contact your organization's admin if you need scheduling permissions.

Which view should I use?

  • My Requests — start here for your daily work

  • All Active — monitor the full team's active pipeline or find a request when you do not know who owns it

  • Unassigned — pick up new requests that still need a scheduler

  • Archived — look up past requests or review canceled work
